Do you print in color?
Unfortunately, no. To keep our prices low, we only offer printing in black and white.
How do I customize my products?
Upload an image in the file attachment on the product page. Press the submit button and a thank-you message will appear and then just continue the checkout process to purchase your product. We will send you a design proof and once that is approved by you, we print your design.
What if I have more than one image to print?
You can only upload one image to the file attachment. If you have two images on the same size paper, you can send us an email to info@simple-copy.com.
What if I forgot to attach the image to my order?
No worries! Send us an email to info@simple-copy.com.
Will the file I upload be shown in the checkout process?
No, the file will not be shown in the checkout process but don’t worry - we got your image!
Do you offer design proofs?
Yes, we offer design proofs for free. We will send you a design proof of your order before processing.
What DPI should I set my file at?
A minimum of 300 DPI or more is recommended for good resolution.
Can I pick up my order?
No. Currently, there is no pick-up option. Although, we will ship your product right to your door.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Our typical production time is a blazing fast 1-2 business days. The shipping time will depend on which option you choose.
Can I get expedited shipping?
Yes. We offer expedited shipping for an extra charge.
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
You can only cancel your order before the design proof is approved. Once the proof is approved, the design is sent to production and cannot by cancelled.
